Betsy Salkind PCC, NBC-HWC, Mayo Clinic Certified, MS in Organization Studies Betsy Salkind is a Board Certified Health Coach, holds a Master’s from the Sloan School of Management at MIT, and was a Federal Reserve Bank Examiner. She served as Associate Director and Lead Mentor Coach at the ADAPT Functional Health Coach Training Program and maintains a private practice. A professional stand-up comic and former TV writer, Betsy toured with a professional improv comedy troupe [Guilty Children], and taught improv at Emerson College, MIT, AMDA, health tech companies, group homes, and more. Improv for Coaches combines her two great passions.

Amy J. Warshawsky, MCC, NBC-HWC, CPPC is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches. As a Mentor Coach for the ADAPT Functional Health Coach Training Program and a Sayge Business Coach and Assessor, she has coached, mentored, and assessed hundreds of coaches and clients. Amy approaches coach growth and feedback with a gentle balance of rigor and kindness. She brings 20 years of expertise in movement and mind-body techniques to coaching. As a coach, she specializes in awakening her clients to awareness.
