Let’s dive in a little deeper, what if your choices and your mindset could empower you instead? Well, I think that is entirely possible. Within you, you have the power to shift stories and rewrite your internal narrative. More importantly, I know that you will be stronger as a result of your experiences. Most especially the difficult and painful ones. Navigating the plot twists of life builds you into a much more aware person.
What is noteworthy about this quote, is that it is about conscious awareness of our choices. Will, you fill your mind with fear or will you fill it with love? Do you believe the world is a fixed and overwhelming place, or will you shift your attention and see possibilities. Likewise, how will you choose to make a difference? These are all options in the Pu Pu Platter of life. As with most things, the more aware you are, the more consciously you are curious, the more wisely you will make decisions.
Your Mind Believes
you tell it.
Fill it with Possibilities.
Fill it with Creativity.
Fill it with Love.
Again, as you think about this idea, a world filled with many alternatives, doors opening, and closing, it’s important to begin to notice what options are available. Becoming conscious of what you are choosing, or not choosing, as both are yours to decide upon and move forward with.
When people tell me, “I have no choices!” I’m always surprised by that story. Almost always what people are really saying is that “I don’t have any options I like!”
3 Ways Conscious Choices Empower You
- You learn to recognize your power and embrace it
- You look through the fear, gaining clarity through curiosity and look for options
- You stop seeing yourself as a victim
Really, I know it sucks when you have to decide between several unwanted options. I also know that I’ve learned more about myself as a result of muddling through these obstacles. Being conscious of my choices has offered me the opportunity to get clarity, courage, and empathy for others.
Furthermore, I prefer to see my life as “choice” full. The focus is on, what I say, think and do, my attitude, my mindset, my openness to possibilities. Above all, this comes down to one simple decision, the decision to see what’s available and to see every choice as an opportunity. In light of that, what will you choose?
I would love to hear from YOU.

- What story are you empowering yourself to challenge?
- What options have you been ignoring?
